Formerly used as a hotel, this listed building on London's Hyde Park was renovated for luxury housing.

The specification demanded extremely high quality finish both internally and externally and Broadmead Renaissance Cast Stone were awarded the contract to supply cast stone elements for the external façade of the development.

Cast in a Portland finish to match the existing façade, Broadmead produced balustrades around the entire roof of the building, traceries, 8 window pediments and 200 lion heads. These were then painted on site.

New balustrades to the balcony porticos were also produced to match the existing mouldings, but adapting the design to meet new building standard requirements, incorporating a glass screen.
